At eight o'clock in the morning, we begin the journey of approximately five hours in a a/c vehicle leaving the city of Santa Marta, where people will be picked up at their accommodation site.
Around one o'clock in the afternoon, we will be arriving at the municipality of Banco, Magdalena, where they will be having a delicious typical lunch, to have a tase of the region own flavors. Once the lunch and rest time is over, you will go to one of the places in charge of protecting the heritage of the Magdalena dance, the cumbia, this destination will be the Dance Foundation, where visitors will be given a talk about the Cumbia dance history, you will be taught this beautiful Magdalene dance and at the end of the afternoon you can enjoy a folkloric show on the Magdalena River pier, where we will appreciate an beautiful sunset combined with theagic of dance.
In this way, at the end of the activities scheduled for this day, we will travel around 2 hours to the beautiful and colonial municipality of Santa Cruz de Mompox, where Check In will take place, at the hotel chosen by our tourists. Dinner time for this day is free and is not included in the tour.
At the end of breakfast, the tour to the colonial municipality of Santa Cruz de Mompox will begin on a City Tour. Lunch will be at the Ambrosia Restaurant, where you will enjoy gourmet food created by a specialized chef. In the afternoon, the Ciénaga de Pijiño tour will be held, in which you can observe a great variety of native flora and fauna in addition to being able to appreciate the sunset in the Magdalena River from the boats that take you to enjoy this wonderful natural destination from Santa Cruz de Mompox.
