Our tour to the Bazurto Market starts in the Historic Center where we will meet to go to the Bazurto Market by local public transportation. The Bazurto Market is a place where its contrasts, variety and cultural heritage have made it a tourist attraction visited by many. Once there, in addition to exploring, we will buy the freshest ingredients for our menu. After that we will return to the Center to a colonial house to prepare and enjoy together the best recipes of the local gastronomy.

The menu is:

Starter: fish or mango ceviche, or empanadas.
Main course: Fish ceviche, coconut rice, patacones and enalsada.
Dessert: Passion fruit or mango mousse.
Drinks: Water and fruit juice.
