If you are lucky, you will be able to carch some sábalo, róbalo, lebranche or crab, which you can enjoy in a typical and delicious lunch with the fishermen with whom you will also learn how to prepare the tasty cocunut rice, patacones, fried fish, and salad, accompanied by a refreshing agua de panela (delicious lemonade sweetened with unrefined cane sugar).
