Day 1.
Discovering Minca and its Natural Treasure
Our team will be ready to pick you up at your hotel and start our exciting adventure in Minca between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Travel time will be approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on city traffic, our guide will enthusiastically share the history and anecdotes of the region during the tour.
Once in Minca you will go to the La Victoria farm, where you will discover the industrialized coffee process. During approximately 45 minutes, you will learn about the history and tradition of coffee from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, as well as the production methods that have made it one of the best exported coffees in the region, immersing yourself in the aromas and flavors. of coffee while you explore the farm.
Once we finish the tour at the coffee farm, we will continue our tour by an alternative route of approximately 30 minutes, through trail roads, we will enter the exuberant nature of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, until we reach the Marinka waterfalls, where you will have time to enjoy the impressive waterfalls and immerse yourself in its refreshing waters that descend from the mountains. You will have approximately an hour and a half to relax and connect with the natural beauty of this magical place. After a delicious recreational bath, we will return to the town of Minca, where we will select a restaurant for lunch, we will have various options to choose from and enjoy the local cuisine (local, Italian, vegan, vegetarian food, etc.), the estimated time for the lunch will be about an hour and a half.
Then we will go back to our vehicle to start the return to your hotel in Santa Marta. We will arrive around 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, allowing you to relax and reflect on the beautiful moments lived during our day in Minca.
