Day 1 - Welcome to Colombia
Upon arrival at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, we will pick you up to take you to the hotel.
Day 2 - Salt Cathedral
We began our trip through Colombia visiting the first wonder of Colombia, the 2nd most impressive place of worship in the world, the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquirá, this incredible place located 180 meters underground. We will leave the hotel towards the town of Zipaquirá, in a journey of approximately 1 hour. We will visit the main square of the town and then we will head towards the Salt Cathedral, an enclosure built inside the salt mines, you will discover that it is a monumental architectural piece carved by the hands of the miners, which is now a temple sacred cathedral. As you tour this magical place, you can see a collection of marble and salt sculptures. At the end, we will enjoy a delicious lunch and return to Bogotá and then go to the hotel.
Day 3 - Arrival in Cali
Breakfast at the Hotel in Bogotá. You will be picked up at your hotel in Bogotá to take you to El Dorado Airport. Upon your arrival at Cali Airport we will be waiting for you to transfer you in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.
Day 4 - Panoramic City Tour in Cali
On our trip through the city of Cali, known as the world capital of salsa, we will visit iconic sites and experiences that define the city's unique identity. We will pass through Parque de Los Gatos, San Antonio, Galería Alameda (where we will have a tasting of viche, a traditional alcoholic drink from the Pacific). Then we arrive at the Buenaventura Theater where we will start a walking tour, to walk along the Boulevard del Río and pass in front of the Plaza Jairo Varela (creator of the 'Grupo Niche'). At the end, we will transfer to the hotel or you can stay on Boulevard del Río where you will find numerous places to enjoy the delicious Cali cuisine.
Day 5 - Salsa Tour
On our trip through Cali we will discover why Cali is called the Salsa Capital of the World. You will enjoy its vibrant rhythms and energetic atmosphere on a tour where, in addition to learning about Salsa and seeing professionals move their feet faster than you can imagine, you can also take part in a class where you will learn to dance this rhythm. and be prepared to show them in the settings that the city offers you.
Day 6 - Comuna 13 and Graffiti Tour
Breakfast at the Hotel in Cali. You will be picked up at the hotel in Cali to take you to the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón Airport. Upon arrival at the José María Córdova Airport in Río Negro, we will be waiting for you to transfer you in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Medellín. In the afternoon we will visit one of the most emblematic sites of Medellín, La Comuna 13, a place that combines history and street art. We will explore the vibrant and colorful streets while you learn about the transformation this community had. Additionally, we will immerse ourselves in the world of graffiti with an exciting tour that highlights the masterpieces of local artists. At the end, we will return to the hotel.
Day 7 - Coffee experience and horseback riding
On our 7th day in Colombia, we will learn about its magical coffee. We will begin this coffee experience leaving from Medellín to San Sebastián on a 30-minute journey. Upon arrival we will be welcomed at the coffee farm and we will learn step by step how the coffee beans grow. We will put on a hat and poncho, and begin our coffee harvest, then we will pulp and dry it and finally enjoy it in a delicious cup of coffee and coffee lemonade, while we learn about its preparation and cupping process. At noon we will have lunch in cold cuts and at the end we will go on a horseback ride around the farm enjoying the beautiful coffee landscape in Antioquia.
Day 8 - Guapaté and Piedra el Peñol
We will leave for the beautiful municipality of Guatapé, there we will have the opportunity to visit El Peñol , a gigantic rock monolith more than 200 meters high. At the top of this, you can see a spectacular panoramic view of the reservoir and the town. Afterwards we will take a boat tour of the Reservoir while we get closer to the charming landscape that we saw from the top of the stone. At the next stop, we will walk through the small town of Guatapé , where we will see its most emblematic places, such as the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, Calle del memoria, Calle Duque, Plaza Principal, panoramic view of Marinilla, the colorful Plaza de los Zócalos, ride in a luxury boat or motorboat and replica of the old municipality. At the end of the afternoon we will return to Medellín and arrive to rest at the hotel.
Day 9 - Arrival in Cartagena
Breakfast at the Hotel in Medellín. You will be picked up at the hotel to take you to the José María Córdova Airport in Río Negro. Upon arrival at Rafael Núñez Airport in Cartagena, we will be waiting for you to transfer you in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.
Day 10 - 5 Islands Tour
For our first day of adventure in the magical Islands of Cartagena, we will move to Bocachica Island to have a panoramic view, this place is protected by large and imposing fortifications, which are witnesses of a past of kings, pirates and treasures typical of the Caribbean . Then we will go to the Rosari Islands and take a panoramic tour of the 27 islands that make it up. We can also dive to snorkel in the submerged plane or simply enjoy the crystal clear waters. At the end, we will move to Isla Cholón where they will wait for us with a seafood tasting and enjoy 1 hour of swimming in the place. Then we will go to Agua Azul for a tasting of tropical fruits from the region. We will continue our adventure arriving at Playa Tranquila Barú , where we will have lunch. By the time the sun goes down, we will be able to appreciate one of the most beautiful phenomena in Nature, Luminous Plankton in Laguna Encantada de Barú. At 7:30 Pm we will be back to finish this great experience and arrive at the hotel.
Day 11 - Day trip in Bora Bora
We will enjoy a day at the beach on Bora Bora island, leaving on a sports boat from the Cartagena dock. Upon arrival we will receive you with a delicious welcome cocktail and you will have access to the entire Bora Bora Island and its VIP Area , where you will enjoy the beach beds (Cabana) and sun loungers , to be able to rest in front of the sea, take in the delicious breeze and sunbathe. a bit. At noon you will delight yourself with a delicious lunch that contains Paella Bora Bora, Pasta a la Marinera and typical Cartagena food. The rest of the afternoon you can continue enjoying the island with soft music and a calm atmosphere. At 03:00 Pm we will return to Cartagena.
