Popayán , is one of the oldest cities in Colombia , and perhaps one of the few known, however, is in fact one of the most charming cities in the country, so it will not be difficult for you to fall in love with it. The reason for the nickname that characterizes it, is because the entire Historical Center of Popayán is dressed in white, highlighting the beautiful colonial architecture when the houses occupied entire blocks and the ceilings were so high that it did not take more to declare its grandeur.
