Alfaix

We start with this place that is not an expensive restaurant, nor is it located in the touristic area of the city, rather it is a little and hidden site and the locals favorite place to have breakfast; especially on weekends, it's good, cheap and economical. The cayeye; its specialty is simply something from another world. You can order it in a classic way, just like that, with ahogao (tomato and onion), meat, pork or chicken stew.

The Muzzeria

So that you do not lose or despair looking for the cayeye , it appears as kokiyas in the menu. The most curious thing about this place is that it is a specialist in international food and in fact its owners are Spanish, but in love with Caribbean food, they included this dish on the menu and  they nailed it!  It's a party to the palate.

Marc de Sabores

This is another international fusion restaurant, but it has included the cayeye in its menu. As in the previous ones, you can ask for them in different ways; Classic, with pork, meat, chicken or seafood, however whatever you askit with, it  will leave you more than satisfied. You can tell they put all their effort and heart into this plate, it shows in the flavor, it is truly a sea of flavors.

Gourmet Art

Here you can order the cayeye , as a companion, as a main course or to share. They only have two options; the classic or the samarian cayeye ,which is a cayeye with prawns and seafood, and there is no need to offer more, the cayeye is so delicious that it seems to be made with the recipe and the hands of the grandmother, you will want to repeat .

The Pearl

Another fusion food restaurant, located in the Callejón del Correo. It is famous for two things, its sea food and the cayeye . The two make the perfect combination. If food was orgasms, the closest thing to having one would be to eat the salmon with walnuts and cayeye .
